JDS is currently opening applications to select: a maximum of 45 students for the 2-year master's course (course 2024 - 2026, program in English) and 5 graduate students for the 3-year doctoral course (course 2024 - 2027, study program in English or Japanese, selection process in English) at leading Japanese universities.
Vietnam - Japan Human Resource Development Scholarship Program (JDS)
The JDS program targets Vietnamese officials, civil servants, and public employees who are expected to contribute to Vietnam's socio-economic development.
JDS Scholarship 2023-2025 will provide scholarships for a two-year master's degree course in English in many fields including: Economics, Transport/Urban Development, Energy, Human Resource Development for Industrial development, Health care/social security, Agriculture and rural development, Environment, Responding to climate change and environmental disasters, Strengthening the legal system and capacity building public administration at leading Japanese universities.
The scholarship includes tuition, round-trip airfare, monthly living expenses and other allowances.
The deadline to submit applications for this year's JDS scholarship program is 5:00 p.m. February 27, 2023. Up to 45 best candidates will be selected at the end of May 2023 and depart to Japan to participate in the master's course in August 2023.
