Attending the State-level acceptance session for the above Project were present 7/9 members of the State-level Evaluation Council, representatives of the Program Steering Committee KX.04/11-15, Office of Scientific Programs and key technologies at the State level, Department of Natural and Social Sciences - Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Planning and Investment, research staff of the Central Institute for Economic Management Research, a number of Independent economic expert. Associate Professor. Dr. Tran Quoc Toan - Chairman of the Council, chaired the acceptance.
After listening to the Project Leader, Dr. Tran Kim Hao, former Editor-in-Chief of Economic Management Magazine, CIEM presented the general content, summarized the main results and contributions of the project, members of the Council gave comments and evaluation. Very positive evaluation of the research results achieved by the project, specifically as follows:
- The origin of the topic is necessary and meaningful.
- The topic has high scientific quality.
- The order from the Ministry of Science and Technology on this topic is a difficult topic.
- The approach and research method of the topic is modern and appropriate.
- The recommendations given are highly practical.
- The research content of the topic has been implemented in accordance with the commitment of Science and Technology Contract No. 12/2012/HD-ĐTCT-KX.04/11-15 signed on November 25, 2012.
- The results of the project are presented in 3 chapters, including:
+ Chapter 1: Theoretical basis and international experience on forming and developing economic groups
+ Chapter 2: Current status of formation, development and management of economic groups in Vietnam
+ Chapter 3: Viewpoints, orientations and solutions for sustainable development of Vietnam economic groups in the period 2011-2020, vision 2030
- The topic has applied results shown through published articles, certified delivered products and results that have been applied by many agencies in recent times.
