1. Meaning and importance of coordination
First of all, I would like to express my joy and excitement to welcome the Union of the Institute of STTTNSV  turning 25 years old, rich in dreams, an age full of promise and success. On this occasion, with the heart of a retired officer and a former trade union member, I sincerely wish the comrades in the Trade Union Executive Committee at all levels and all trade union members of all generations of the Institute. STTNSV, belonging to the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, is healthy, has many successes in all management activities, scientific research of the Institute and happiness in life.
Dear comrades and friends, recall the early days of the decade, the 80s of the twentieth century, that is, 25 years ago, the direction of science, technology, ecology, biological resources and environment under the Institute of Science and Technology. Vietnamese Studies was officially born. In fact, research topics in this direction have existed for a long time in the Institute of Natural Sciences and Biology, under the Vietnam Academy of Sciences. So a quarter of a century has passed, along with the process of building, mobilizing and developing the country continuously, receiving the attention of the Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Academy of Sciences and China. The former National Center for Natural Science and Technology, now the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, the Trade Union of the Institute of Natural Science and Technology  has gradually matured, developed and grown continuously.
The growth of the Trade Union as well as the Institute of STTNSV is not only in scientific and technological research achievements to serve the people and the country, but is also reflected in the steady success in terms of organization, Build an increasingly powerful trade union force. The growth of successive generations has formed a team of capable, experienced, research and management union officials through the periods of the Institute's development. STTNSV  for the past 25 years.
The reason for this success, which is worthy of respect and encouragement, is thanks to the tireless efforts, efforts, and efforts of all trade union members and all officials and employees of the Company. Institute of STTNSV  through stages. But no less important is the close coordination between the Trade Union and the Government, this is the factor that weaves all success throughout the process of building and developing the Institute.
The smooth and close coordination between the Government and the Trade Union means a relationship of mutual respect according to the coordination regulations between the representatives of trade union members, the Trade Union Executive Committee and the Leadership Board. The Institute is the representative of workers and employees with clear and specific regulations and assignments based on the principles of democracy, discussion, openness, and friendliness not only at the Institute Leadership level but even at all levels. Departmental trade unions, trade union groups with specialized departments in the institute.
However, everything is under the leadership of the Party organization: Party Committees, Party Cells, Party groups, which means that we have been connecting all members of the agency through the historical periods of its establishment. a unified, solid block with the sole purpose of building the Institute of STTNSV  into a strong scientific and technological research unit within the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, to implement a scientific and technological direction extremely important for the country today and in the future: "Resource Ecology, Biodiversity and Environmental Protection".
